ETHICS
Ethics play a major role in the life of a Private Investigator. It is a concept that allows us to provide a level of service that can be counted on as honest, trustworthy, reliable and air tight. Our code of ethics is simple, and is as follows:
| We Shall operate under the ethical and moral standards. | |
| We Shall provide professional and competent services to all of our clients. | |
| We shall always provide our services in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. | |
| We shall observe and adhere to the precepts of honesty, integrity, and truthfulness. | |
| We shall always be truthful, diligent, and honorable in the discharge of our professional responsibilities. | |
| We shall always honor each client contract, adhering to all responsibilities by providing ethical services within the limits of the law. | |
| We shall always safeguard confidential information and exercise the utmost care to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of such information. | |
| We shall always refrain from improper and unethical solicitation of business; including false or misleading claims or advertising. | |
| We shall always use due diligence to insure that anyone we work with adhere to this same code of ethical conduct; respecting all persons, performing the job diligently and working within the limits of the law. | |
| We shall never knowingly cause harm or defame the professional reputation or practice of colleagues, clients, owners, the company, or any employee of the company. | |
| We shall never undertake an assignment that is contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America or the security interests of this country. |
It's that simple. Keep it straight, keep it honest. Enough to stand up in a court of law, without prejudice.
