FEES
It is our mission to provide our clients with the highest quality of investigative services while insuring that their privacy is carefully protected. We will work with you to provide a thorough investigation within your budget requirements. Personal checks will be accepted, but the investigation will not be initiated until the check clears. Of course, we always take cash. We are not currently accepting credit cards due to the intrusive cost of processing.
Every case and client is unique, requiring individual attention to detail. We consider time, cost and complexity in each of our client's investigation issues and use only those resources that are necessary to resolve their case.
Standard Investigative Rates:
| Regular Hours | $50.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum, paid in advance, plus expenses |
| Rush Service | $50.00 surcharge in addition to regular rates. |
| Nights / Weekends | $50.00 surcharge in addition to regular rates. |
| Holidays | $70.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum, paid in advance. Bank Holidays. |
| Billable Expenses | $0.45 per mile, billed only for travel while investigating your case |
Process Service Rates:
| Standard Local Service | $40.00 each. Service attempt within 72 hrs. |
| Long Distance Service | $70.00 each. Service attempt within 72 hrs. |
| Rush Service Fee | $30.00 surcharge for attempts within 24 hours. |
| Court Filing Fees | $20.00 surcharge. Add $20.00 for same day filing. |
| Billable Expenses | $0.45 per mile, billed only for travel involved for process service |
Above Fees include most areas. Remote or mountain areas may be subject to additional fees. Service includes 3 attempts at the address provided with the documents. Service includes preparation and return of the Affidavit of Service and any required declaration to your office. In case of non service or a bad address, a timely report will be forwarded containing attempt dates, times and address notes. If the whereabouts of the individual to be served are unknown or if additional investigative services are requested, standard investigative rates are applicable. OTHER EXPENSES
From time to time other expenses may arise, such as the cost for hotels or costs associated with following someone into a place that will incur expenditures, such as places that charge admission or where money must be spent in order to remain in the premises, such as a restaurant or night club.
Similarly, certain records searches will sometimes incur a cost, depending on the county or state. Obtaining copies of vital records, asset records, DMV records, criminal records and other legal documents often require a search fee or a documentation fee. These will be billed for reimbursement as well.
Allow us to make it perfectly clear that our goal is to incur an absolute minimum in expenses, and they are always billed at cost. Also, we strive to make every effort to contact you before we incur an expense.
When you hire ADS Investigations, this is outlined in our contract and is put in there to protect you and to assure you that we are not taking advantage of you.
